Unlock Your Flow: A Dance & Yoga Workshop with Lina
Step into a space where breath and movement intertwine. In this transformative two-hour workshop, you will be guided through a carefully crafted asana flow, with attention to weight placement, directional awareness, and, most importantly, the power of your breath. Then, we’ll transition into a space of free movement and dance, letting our spines lead the way and continuing to express through the rhythm of our breath.
This workshop is designed for all levels—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, no prior dance experience is needed. Come as you are, ready to explore and connect with your body in a new, expressive way.
What to bring: Loose-fitting, layered clothes and maybe some knee pads for comfort as we move on and off the floor.
